Returns and Exchanges
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-decorated trees, clearance items, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@treewonderland.com to request a return authorization.
- Prepare Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship Your Item: Use the provided return label to send the package back. Return shipping fees may apply unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
